How does the Garmin Map 66i work?
The Garmin Map 66i is a apparatus capable of issuing and receiving signals from a network called Iridium, with 66 satellites moving around the Earth, at 780 kilometres of altitude.
Thanks to that constellation of satellites there are coverage anywhere on the surface of the planet from which the sky is seencontrary to conventional telephony, and even less satellite communication networks.
